DRV8307 bldc motor drive problem

Hi,

I am trying to drive bldc motor with drv8307 ic on my own board. When i drive motor with DRV8307EVM board, the motor draws its normal current 1.45A. But when i drive motor with my own board the motor draws 2.5A. ( The capacitors and resistors are 0402 smd package on my board, so i am not sure this affects the result). My schematic represantation is below.

Any suggestions ??
