DRV8305: VREG above 5V - what does it mean?

Hello,

The voltage at VREG pin 48 is about 6.2V. This pin is connected via 680R and C 1uF to GND and tied to WAKE via null resistor. (The microcontroller part of the schematic uses its own 78L05 - 5V VDD source). This VREG voltage leads to a higher offset voltage of the current op-amps when they are in calibration mode.

Does this mean that DRV8305 is damaged someway in the region of VREG?
