RE: Suggest a driver which provides an array of 64 outputs in which each capable to deliver max of 400mA, 40V

The closest equivalent from a switch perspective is the ULN2003A (7-ch) or the ULN2803A (8-ch). Both devices are low side drivers that can handle 40V, 400mA. Are there any other requirements that the devices need to pass?
