IC Selection

Hi everyone,

I designed gate drivers for my application and there is no problem with it. Now I am designing an Active Gate Driver when the gate resistors would be selected to reduce dv/dt.  The figure below is an example of what I want to design. Active Gate Driver is a method when we can reduce the gate current by increasing the gate resistor.

I need your help to select an IC that switch the resistors accordingly  and can handle (20V/ 5 A) Turn on and (-5/ 10A) Turn off with a time in us  .
