how much energy is required to fall off dirt

Currently, when we are demonstrating the functions of ULC to customers, the customer took toilet paper to simulate dirt.

During the demonstration, I only saw the water bounce off, but it could not completely fall off.

The client is asking, if this situation occurs, how much energy is required, or what should be done to get rid of it?
