Can you tell me what happens when you double click on "C:\ti\guicomposer\eclipse\GUIComposer.exe" ? Still no main window?
What about when you double click on "C:\ti\guicomposer\webapps\modem_m3\modem_m3_gc_app.exe" ?

Here is a page that describes how to enable tracing in GUI Composer: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Tracing
Can you follow the steps described there and attache the log files to this entry?
Make sure you get TraceAllFiles_GC6.zip for your version of GUI Composer.
