DRV8889-Q1: CMOS or Bipolar/Bi-CMOS Technology

Are you able to confirm whether the DRV8889-Q1 uses Bipolar/BiCMOS technology at all? I'm planning on doing some radiation testing on this part, and the technology type will influence the dose rates I test at.
