DRV8703-Q1EVM: SPI communication

Tool/software:

if the board is just for monitoring or not?

because i want to communicate with the chip instead of the GUI

i want to communicate with the chip through SPI pins founded on j4 pin header 

and the controller from my side is TMS320F280039c launchpad, and the chip not responding and always gives 0xFF,

i followed the valid frame and valid clock and the issue still there
