DRV8301 Buck Converter issue DRV8301-HC-EVM

Hey Guys,

i have some problems with my Motor-Kit.

The gate drive(DRV8301) was burned up and i soldered a new one on it.
Now it seems that the buck converter didn't work.

I've measured some voltage and components

V_sense: 120 mV
V_cc_5v: 500 mV
V_Ph: Picture in appendix
V_BST_BK: the same
V_EN_BUCK: 4.7V
V_comp: 1.9V
V_RT_CLK: 100mV

C9: 100 nF seems, ok
C4: 0.015 nF seems ok
R1 or R RT_CLK: 204ohms, ok
C2, C1 & R4 seems ok
R6 and R7 seems ok

the thermal pad sold soldered through GND but i can't prove them....

Did anyone now this Problem?

or could it be that the DRV8301 soldered to Long...?
