Part Number: DRV8312
What are the current and voltage ratings of the body diodes in the DRV8312 half bridge circuits? I have seen comments for other driver ICs (e.g. DRV8813) stating that the body diodes are rated to the same operating conditions as the rest of the device, but I didn't want to just assume this was the same for the DRV83x2 family.
Would these diodes provide sufficient protection if the PVDD power supply was reversed? That assumes that the VDD and GVDD were still correct. Ideally there would be additional protection circuitry outside the DRV8312. I'm just wondering how the device would perform in the absence of additional protection circuitry on PVDD.
