I like to integrate the device DRV8871 into our new product generation. Up to now we use a H-bridge with our CPU. To get a feed back of the rotation speed of the motor we set one N-FET on and all the other of. In this case we kann measure the EMK which is proportinal to the rotation speed. So we have some time making our PWM signal and speed up the motor and we have a little time with now PWM but wih grounding the BDC and after that measering the EMK. This value goes into a regulation loop for controlling the speed of our BDC.
If we use the DRV8871 I don't have an idea how to get the EMK value? Is there anyone to help me?
