Hi Xufeihx,

No, this cannot be done. You need approximately 60V to turn on the high side FETs. The charge pump of the DRV8701 provides this voltage.

You need a 60V gate driver. There are a few options available such as:
DRV8704
DRV8320H and DRV8320

Even with a 60V gate driver, care should be taken to avoid violating the absolute maximum voltages.
