We're using the DRV8303 that's interfaced to our microcontroller. We looked on an oscilloscope and see some interesting behavior not documented in the datasheet!
The yellow waveform is our PWM from our microcontroller, the blue is the voltage output from the DRV8303 applied to a MOSFET.
We see a ramp up and ramp down of approximately the same pulse width happening. Is there a way to adjust this feature? Also, we see an outlying pulse that happens first, then the smooth ramp up happens. How do we get rid of this?
