Part Number: DRV8308
I have read several application notes which indicate that there will be a negative spike on the ISEN input due to parasitic PCB inductance during current recirculation. In addition, the DRV8305EVM has protection diodes connected to its ISEN inputs.
Is this a concern for the DRV8308 since the absolute maximum (minimum) rating for the ISEN pin is -0.3 V?
