The most important is keep accurate the Rs and Kt. You can get the Kt from GUI.
The if you can't get the right result, you can follow the below steps.
1. Enable CLoopDis, for tuning device at open loop control
2.If it is can run stable at open loop control, Change the Closedloop setting: decrease close loop accelerate. Disable AVS
3.Cancal CLOOPDIS, then motor will enter into closed loop. If it failed, please increase acceleration current limit and decease close loop accelerate.
If you have the current ammeter, please use it to get the phase current waveform.
