Hi everyone,
I am using the drv8302 mosfet driver with CSD18535KCS Mosfets. The circiut works really well for serveral days. But now for the second time the drv8302
switches to fault when I enable the PWM, then the driver gets really hot. First time i replaced the driver and erverything was ok but now I have the same problem.
The supply voltage was 30V and the problems occurs always for currents higher 10A.
I have no idea of the reasen why the drv8302 is damaged and would be really happy for some ideas of the reason.
