LMD18200: Sealing width value and airtightness

We find there are air bubble fault when we running the X-ray test for part# LMD18200-2D/883, we want to confirm the exactly sealing width value of the part deigning drawing. Perhaps anyone could provide the screen test report or qualification report ? Any profile will be helpful as soon as it shows the value and data about the sealing width value, we need to know the impact of airtightness on device usage. Thanks
