DRV8889-Q1: -40° temperature

For DRV8889A-Q1, does it work at low temperatures of 40 degrees? The customer has found that the chip is currently unable to drive at low temperatures of 40, could you please help analyze the possible cause or which device in its peripheral circuit will affect it? Thank you!
