EV vehicle motor driver

I am designing an Electric Scooter using Li-Ion batteries.

I need a help for selecting a motor for this application. I have considered 4 motors for it.

1. Permanent magnet Synchronous motor

2. BLDC motor

3. Induction Motor

4. Switch reluctance motor

Can anyone compare all the four on parameters like Top speed, Distance range, size, cost and availability?

Also, suggest motor drivers for the same.
