CCS/BOOSTXL-DRV8305EVM: my MOSFET is overheat

hello everyone,

I design a ESC(Electrical Speed Controller) for my UAV,and I use the InstaSPIN-FOC algorithm.

I degign the PCB according to the BOOSTXL-DRV8305EVM.the ESC power is 1kw.

Now the problem is the MOSFET is overheat when the motor spins in 4000 rpm,and the power is about 300W ,the drv8305 protect because of the high temperature.

I decrease the gate drive resistor value from 4.7Ω to 0Ω,but the mosfet is still overheat.

what should I do to decrease the MOSFET tempreature?
