DRV120APWR as solenoid driver issue

Hi TI Expert,

I used DRV120APWR to control the solenoid, but noticed when I first power up the unit, the solenoid will energize and when monitor the voltage on the SOLENOID_EN and I measured 3.3V. So I thought this could be from the GPIO which we used to drive this signal(SOLENOID_EN), so we disconnect the signal from SOLENOID_EN to the MCU and we are still seeing 3.5V measured at pin 13 of U22.

 I do not want to energize the solenoid during the power up. Is there a workaround solution and what is causing the solenoid to energize during the power up?
