DRV10983, BLDC motor and Maximum Speed

Dear TI

I have some problem with my motor,

My BLDC motor parameter:

Operating voltage: 24           Current;: 1.2A.       Max.,RPM: 3000 (non load)

,Pole; 10, Phase resistance: 0.58 (Ohm).

In my application, I need motor run maximum speed  at 1500rpm but my motor only run maximum at  900rpm (about 60Hz in FG pin)

How I will get 1500 RPM?

I have read some theart in forums, and I chaged some parameter , but motor can not run.

I had change some parameter like:

- Decrease Dead Time: motor can not run if dead time < 240ns,I also had change voltage supply input from 24VDC  to 12VDC but motor can not reach to 1500

RPM.
