GND and GVDD_C connection on DRV8332

Hello,

please answer the following questions:

1. What is the best place to connect the GND and GND_X grounds?

2. It is recommended to connect the heat sink attached to the DRV8332 to GND. Can you give a hint how this is done technically?

3. The C-channel of DRV8332 has two gate supply pins named GVDD_C: ##18 and 19. Is it necessary to connect them together,

or the gate voltage can be supplied only to one of them, leaving the other unconnected?
